I found Part 5 (Labor and Delivery) to be very useful for creating a Birth Plan. It made me aware of decisions that would have otherwise caught us off-guard, broke down some science, and gave a concise TLDR. Definitely going to be bringing some of that to the hospital.
Some of the opinions earlier in the book are contentious. I didn't read much of the early book since I picked it up at Week 28 of Nicole's pregnancy.
